What to expect
Former Cypress Gardens skiers and newer generations keep Winter Haven’s show-ski tradition alive on Lake Silver with an hour of water-ski performances ranging from developing skiers to seasoned professionals. The free show connects directly to the city’s history as the Water Ski Capital of the World.
Bring a blanket or lawn chairs for seating at Martin Luther King Jr. Park. Burgers, hot dogs, snacks, drinks and team merchandise are usually sold, with proceeds supporting the ski team.
